Vegan Plan
First stop eating meat as much as you can knowing the plan is to never eat it at all.
Switch to cheese if you feel like eating meat, or an egg.
Once you are able to not eat meat all the time, then stop consuming anything containing MILK.
Even things other than food and beverages that contain ingredients, or derivatives, from an organism containing both a heart and brain, and then your vegan choice is complete.
As a vegan, you will live longer, have more energy, and look better.
And if you need some pleasure, get high every now and then if you ask with thought to someone in the Government and they tell you it is okay, or you sure it is warranted, and you know why, and when you will do it, and when you will stop.
